Introduction: 

The Radiology Departmental Patient and Exam Verification Education module is part of the yearly recertification for all Radiology Technical staff responsible for exam verifications.  The training module consists of instructional material followed by a short series of questions to ensure you have mastered the material.

When you click on a links below, you will see a pop up window with a User Name and password box. The response to User Name should be its\username where username is the front portion of your email address (before the @sign), and Password is your Outlook email password
